New Rental Return on GRIP Unit

Select the NEW RENTAL RETURN option on the GRIP unit to begin the process of entering in the products on a new Rental Return. Once downloaded into Texada SRM software, this file can be used to match the products to be checked in on a Contract in Rental Returns.

The procedure of entering a Title and also the product Detail is similar to entering a Work Sheet file. Refer to New Work Sheet for detailed instructions.

Note: If the Contract number is known on a New Rental Return, it can be used as the Title. This will cause a match when the GRIP Rental Return file is downloaded, automatically linking the Grip file with the corresponding Contract.
If the actual contract number is not known the Title could consist of the customer’s name.
