New Reservation on GRIP Unit

Select the NEW RESERVATION option on the GRIP unit to begin the process of checking in the products on a Reservation. Once downloaded into TSI Enterprise software, this file can be used to identify the products to be converted from a Reservation to a Contract in Convert Reservation To Contract .

The procedure of entering a Title and also the product Detail is similar to entering a Work Sheet file.
Refer to New Work Sheet for detailed instructions.

Note: If the Reservation number is known, it can be used as the Title. This will cause a match when the GRIP Reservation file is downloaded, automatically linking the Grip file with the corresponding Reservation.
If the actual Reservation number is not known the Title could consist of the customer’s name.
