Delete Order Codes

This utility can be used to delete Order Codes that no longer apply.

A window is provided to lookup and select the Order Code as outlined in Order Code Search.

If the Order Code to be deleted is still assigned to any products or Groups, then a warning appears on the screen.
The Order Code cannot be deleted unless the code is removed from the relevant product and Group records.
Click the VIEW button to review the products and/or Groups as outlined in Order Code Associations.

The option to remove the Order Code records from the products or Groups, and then to delete the actual Order Codes is provided.
