Order Entry Menu -> Sales Order Details / Sales Order Invoice Details -> pop-up for Sales part if activated from Divisional Inventory Parameters -> Sales Product History

When a product is entered on a document, this window can also be triggered to display the customer's posted sales activity for this Sales part.

Note: This Sales History window is only triggered if the customer identity has already been captured.

The date, invoice#, division, salesman, quantity and unit price of posted sales is displayed.
The number of days of history to display is controlled by the Divisional Inventory Parameters.

A setting in the Divisional Inventory Parameters can be set to automatically pop-up the sales history window in document entry.

If the automatic display of sales history is suppressed this information can still be viewed on the product detail line of the document by windowing on the Each field or on the Unit Price field.
Then in the resulting Special Pricing table, click on the SALES HISTORY button.

Days displayed defaults to 30 if a specific number of days has not been set.
