Orders Filled Report

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This report tracks the percent that first time order lines are filled in Sales Orders, and in Work Orders, for a selected date range.
The prompts are:

WORK ORDERS, SALES ORDERS, BOTH (W/S/B)

Type B to include Both Work Orders and Sales orders in the report.

Type S to include just Sales Orders in the report.
Only billed,and partially billed Sales Orders are included. Fully billed Orders show as 100% filled. Unbilled Orders are omitted.

Type W to include just Work Orders in the report.
Only Open W.O.'s are included. The back ordered quantity must be entered in the window on the QTY field the FIRST time the Part is entered on the Work Order. W.O.'s with no back ordered quantity show as 100% filled.

FROM ORDER DATE

Press <ENTER> to accept today's date, or type in a starting order date for the report. This is the order date, not the invoice date.

TO ORDER DATE

Press <ENTER> to accept today's date, or type in an ending date for the report. This is the order date, not the invoice date.

ACCEPT or CANCEL

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
