Order Comments can only be viewed in this window, and are populated by the Instructions and Comments as defined in the Customer Site Information with a print flag.
Additional lines of notes can also be assigned to each Sales Order in the Document Comments window on the Summary and Totals screen, where comment line can be flagged whether to print on the order document.
