Copy Printer Code

This option can be useful as a short-cut when setting up printer codes.
Sometimes, all printer codes except for one or two lines will be identical to an existing printer type.
If this is the case, this utility can be used to make a copy of the existing printer type, and then use the Printer Codes utility in Change mode to alter the differing values for the new printer code.
