Product Status Code Report

This report can be used to list rental products that have been assigned a user defined product Status Code.

Note: Reserved codes are not reflected on this report.
The Non-Bulk Inventory Location Report can be used to track inventory location status information for reserved codes as well as any associated Status Codes.

The products are listed by code with the last contract number and billing name from the contract.
The report is useful to identify rental products flagged as not allowed to be rented or depreciated according to the Status Code currently assigned to the product.

The prompts to generate the report are:

FROM CODE

Leave this field blank for all codes, or enter a starting code, or select one from the Product Status Codes Search window.

TO CODE

Leave this field blank for all codes or enter an ending code for the list or select an ending code from the window.

Note: The Reserved Codes such as C, D, O etc as listed in the Product Inquiry Sort Order table, can be viewed in the selection window but are not be reflected on this report.

FROM PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank for all classes, or enter a starting Product Class for the list, or select a class from the Product Class Search window.

TO PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank for all classes, or enter an ending Product Class, or select a rental product from the window.

FROM PRODUCT #

Leave this field blank for all products, or enter a starting product for the list, or select a rental product from the Inventory Search window.

TO PRODUCT #

Leave this field blank for all products, or enter an ending product for the list, or select one from the window.

LOCATION OR 'ALL'

Accept the operator default location or enter a preferred location selection for the product list results.
The report output includes a detail line for each product in the selection range that is at each of the selected locations.

• Type ALL to include all locations in the report.
• To print the report for a single location, leave this field blank for the Head Office, or enter a specific location code, or select a location from the drop-down list.
• Type SEL to select a range of locations or locations by inventory region to include in the output, as outlined in Division Select By Region.

PRODUCT RESTRICTION

Select one of the following Status Code restriction filters:

• Select No Rental to list only rental equipment in the selection range that is flagged NOT to allow rental according to the Status Code.
• Select No Depreciation to list only rental equipment that is flagged by the Status Code to NOT be included in any depreciation.
• Select No To Both to include any rental equipment that is flagged to NOT allow rental and that is also flagged to NOT allow depreciation. (Equipment must be flagged for both No Rent & No Depreciation to be included in this selection.)
• Select All to include all rental equipment in the range regardless of the type of status code.

INCLUDE ZERO ON HAND ITEMS

Check this box to include products with zero quantity.
Uncheck this box to exclude products with zero quantity.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.

Note: If this report is generated without using any of the filter options, the report generated could be very large listing all rental equipment.
