Non-Bulk Inventory Location Report

Reports Menu -> Automatic Reporting -> Function RSIL07 -> runs Non-Bulk Inventory Location Report

This report lists Non-Bulk Rental inventory items.
It can be printed by Product Class range, for all Non-bulk products, or just products that are Out on Contract.
Sales Parts and Bulk Rental products are not included.

The report option prints the Product Class, the product #, description, serial #, bin#/location, and Owning division per the Fixed Asset Tag.
When the equipment is out on a contract, the customer's Site city prints in place of the store location and the Contract #, Status, and Bill To or Ship To Name of the customer are also reported.
The spreadsheet output also includes the inventory division code (RSIL), division address information, product status, "on document" information, current Status code and the product quantity committed on each type of document.

Note: Because this report does not use a cut-off date, future dated contracts will be included.

The Non-Bulk Inventory Location Report an be setup to be run automatically with the report or spreadsheet output results emailed to staff, by setting up RSIL07 with the relevant filters and email addresses in the Automatic Reporting.

The prompts are:

DIVISION, "ALL" OR "SEL"

• Type ALL to include all divisions in the report.
• To print the report for a single division, leave this field blank for the Head Office Division, or enter a specific division code, or select a division from the drop-down list.
• Type SEL to select several specific divisions or divisions by inventory region to include in the report, as outlined in Division Select By Region.

SORT BY DIVISION

Check this box to sort and print the inventory by division.
Uncheck this box to skip the sort by division.

ALL CLASSES

Check this box to include Non-Bulk products from all classes.

Uncheck this box to select a single Product Class or a range of classes.

FROM PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank for all Product Classes, or type in the desired beginning Product Class Code, or select one from the Product Class Search window.

TO PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank for all Product Classes, or type in the desired ending Product Class Code, or select one from the window.

ONLY PRODUCTS ON CONTRACT

Uncheck this box to include all Non-Bulk rental products in the selected Product Class range.
Check this box to only list Non-Bulk rental products from the Product Class range, that are currently Out on Contract.

NAME TO PRINT

Select one of the following name options:

• Select Bill To to print the billing customer name from the document on the report.
• Select Ship To to print the shipping or Site name on the report instead.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.

Error Condition:
Any Non-Bulk rental products in the range that appear to be out on more than one Contract, will be identified on the report with Status ERR, and Contract# **ERROR**.
Use Contract Inquiry By Product to identify the Contract#'s and Leases to identify any leases.
