Outstanding Contracts by Customer/Product
This is a maintenance utility that can be added to an Additional Options menu as it is not on a
standard menu.
This contract summary report can be printed for a single
customer or a range of customers.
Each customer can print on a separate page.
For each customer, the products on open contracts list in
Product Class order, with the Class, Class Description, Product #,
Product Description, quantity, contract #, Site #, and Ship To
Address line 1.
Note: This report respects the Divisional
Restricted Views listing only contracts from the divisions
allowed for this operator.
The prompts include:

- FROM CUSTOMER#
- Leave this field blank to include contracts for all customers
in the report, or enter a starting customer number for the report
range, or select one from the Accounting
Customer Search window.
TO CUSTOMER#- Leave this field blank to include all customers in the report,
or enter an ending customer number for the report range, or select
one from the window.
NEW PAGE PER CUSTOMER- Uncheck this box to prevent the report from starting a new page
for each customer.
Check this box to print contracts for each customer on a
separate page.
If a spreadsheet is generated, each customer will be listed on a
separate tab of the spreadsheet.
REPORT OPTIONS- This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in
Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export
the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.
Finished?- Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL
to abort.
