Contract Inquiry By Customer #

This inquiry is selected by customer #.
Display Active Contracts Only (i.e. open contracts) or all contracts (both open & closed) for a specific customer number. Contracts for all Sites, or a specific site Customer or Global number can be displayed.
Contracts can be reviewed in Current or in History. When the history option is selected, the option to "Print Active Contracts Only" must be N (NO), as all contracts in history are closed and no longer active.

The initial display shows Contract #, Ship To Name, Site #, P.O. #, Contract Date and Contract Amount. To see the products on the contract, move the cursor right to reach the Y Column and press Window Key.
The product number and description, quantity, contract date, date due, rental rate are displayed. Press the <F9> Expand Key to view the Date Billed Through.
