Outstanding Contracts by Site #

This program selects and prints the open contracts by customer, by site #, and by a P.O. selection range. This is useful to compile a complete list of equipment at a contractor's site.

The report lists the Contract #, Customer name, and phone number, the Site#, the Bill To address or the Site address, Deposit, Division, and P.O.#. It lists the open items in detail, including product #, description, quantity, status, date out and date due.

Serial numbers will also be printed for non-bulk rental equipment and for serialized sales items.
