Outstanding Contracts Report by Cycle Billing Day

A special Cycle Billing Day Code such as NC - NO CHARGE CONTRACTS can be used to separate special contracts from regular contracts.
This report will list all the open contracts with that special Cycle Billing Code, such as NC. The report will serve as a reminder that the equipment is still out, and may need some follow-up.

This report prints the Customer name, Bill To address and phone #, Outstanding Deposit, and Division. It lists the open products, description, quantity, status, date out and date due.
