Outstanding Contracts by Bill Thru Date

This detailed report lists the outstanding contracts by Bill Thru Date. Only contracts that have been billed for monthly or 4 week rentals will print.
The billed contracts print in order or BILL THRU date. A single division or all divisions can be selected. The sorting can be by Salesman code range, so that the contracts list according to the salesman on the contract. This list by salesman is useful if each salesman wants to do their own follow-up.

For each contract, the following prints: contract #, customer name, address line 1, phone number, deposit and division. Each outstanding item lists with the product #, description, status, quantity, Date Out and Bill Thru date.
