Price Code List

Special Pricing reports can be generated from the Price Codes option by clicking on the REPORT button.

The prompts are:

REPORT TYPE

Select one of the following three report options:

• Click Summary to list the price codes in the selected range with the setup.
  The output lists the Price Code, the Description, Type (M/D/L), default Percent, and the date range applicable.
  Sample Summary report layout:

• Click Detail to report on special pricing for the individual products, and/or Groups, and/or Product Classes.
  The products, groups, or classes, will print in numeric order on separate reports, by Price Code.

  Note: The Class and Group reports cannot print the List Price for Price Codes that are based on a percent, as the Lists and Costs vary between products in the Classes and Groups.

• Click By Customer to list the customers assigned to a Price Code for a selected customer # range and Price Code range.
  The customers will print in numeric order by Price Code.

FROM PRICE CODE

Leave this field blank to include all Price Codes, or enter a starting code for the reporting range, or select a starting code from the Price Code Search window.

TO PRICE CODE

Leave this field blank to include all Price Codes, or enter an ending code, or select an ending code from the window.

FROM CUSTOMER #

The Customer selection only applies when printing the report By Customer.
Leave this field blank to include all customers in the report, or enter the beginning customer number, or select one from the Accounting Customer Search window.

TO CUSTOMER #

Leave this field blank to include all customers in the report, or enter the ending number, or select one from the window.

Pricing Report Options

These selection options only apply when printing the Detail report.

PRINT PRODUCT PRICING

Uncheck this box to suppress the Product pricing report.

Check this box to print the report listing individual products that have been assigned price codes, as setup in Product Special Pricing.

FROM PRODUCT

Leave this field blank to include all products, or enter a starting product for the range, or select a starting product from the Inventory Search window.

TO PRODUCT

Leave this field blank to include all products, or enter an ending product for the range, or select an ending product from the window.

PRINT GROUP PRICING

Uncheck this box to suppress the Group pricing report.

Check this box to print the report listing the groups that have been assigned price codes, as setup in Group Special Pricing.

FROM GROUP

Leave this field blank to include all Groups, or enter a starting Group for the range, or select a starting Group from the Group Search window.

TO GROUP

Leave this field blank to include all Groups, or enter an ending Group for the range, or select an ending Group from the window.

PRINT CLASS PRICING

Uncheck this box to suppress the Product Class pricing report.

Check this box to print the report listing the classes that have been assigned price codes, as setup in Class Special Pricing.

FROM CLASS

Leave this field blank to include all Classes, or enter a starting Class for the range, or select a starting Class from the Product Class Search window.

TO CLASS

Leave this field blank to include all Classes, or enter an ending Class for the range, or select an ending Class from the window.

SORT BY

This sort option only applies when printing the Detail report.
Select one of the following sort options:

• Click Class radio button to sort each pricing report by Price Codes within Product Class.

• Click Group radio button to sort the pricing report output by Price Codes within the Groups.
  Note: The Group sort option does not apply to the Product Class Pricing report.

• Click None radio button to sort the report output by Price Code and then by Product#, Class, or Group, according to the type of Pricing Report.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
