Copy Price Codes

The Special Pricing copy feature can be accessed from the Price Codes option by clicking on the COPY button.
This utility copies the prices setup by code for products, groups, and classes, from one Price Code to another Price Code.
For example, code Z - Flyer Specials could be used to setup next week's specials, then when the new flyer takes effect, copy from "Z" to " " (Blank) Flyer Specials, replacing the current specials with the new specials.

Changes to the Price Code values can be viewed in the Price Code List Changes window on the Update Product List Price utility.

Note: Any existing product, Group, and Class prices on the To Price Code are first cleared before the copy.

The prompts are:

FROM PRICE CODE

Enter the Price Code from which to copy the Product Prices, or select one from the Price Code Search window.

TO PRICE CODE

Enter the target Price Code to copy the Product Prices to, or select it from the window.

Finished?

Click ACCEPT to proceed or CANCEL to abort.
After the copy is completed, the special prices for Product Special Pricing, Group Special Pricing, and Class Special Pricing will be the same on both Price Codes.

Note: Associated Customers are not changed.
