Print Contract Exchange Slip

Counter Menu -> Exchanges Menu -> Print Customer Exchange Slip -> Contract option -> Print Contract Exchange Slip

This option can be used to re-print product exchange slips by contract that were created in Exchange by Contract.
Similarly Print Customer Exchange Slip can be used to re-print product exchange slips that were created in Exchanges By Customer.

The prompts are:

EXCHANGE TYPE

Select one of the following types of exchange:

• Select Customer to switch to the Print Customer Exchange Slip to select the exchange to print by customer.
• Select Contract to continue using this utility to select and print the exchange slip.

Contract Exchange Selection
If the Exchange Type is by 'Contract' the following selection prompts include:

CONTRACT#

Select the contract from the Contract Search window.

EXCHANGE#

Then select the exchange number for the contract from the Exchange Transaction Search window.
