Modify Customer Delivery/Pickup Rates

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This program can be used to easily access and update the delivery/pickup rates assigned to customers.

It respects the Security Roles and password setup for Customer Information in Module Passwords .

The prompts are:

FROM CUSTOMER

Enter the starting customer in the range to be displayed or press <F4> to select one from the window.

TO CUSTOMER

Enter the ending customer in the range to be displayed or press <F4> to select one from the window.

ALL TYPES

Enter Y (YES) to include all customer Types in the list.
Enter N (NO) to select a single customer Type to be listed.

TYPE

Enter a specific customer type or press <F4> to select one from the window.

Screen Detail
The customers in the selected range are displayed.
For each customer, the Groups with rates and the minimum amounts can be viewed in the window on the "Delivery/Pickup Rates". These can be added, deleted or changed as required.
Freight Price Codes can also be assigned to a customer but must be preceded by ~ to distinguish them from the Group codes. Freight price codes do not display the delivery/pickup rates as these vary for the groups within the freight price code.
