Off Rental Transactions

Counter Menu -> Invoice Details -> Unit Price window of Rental Product -> Rental Period Calculations -> Unit Rate window -> OFF RENTALS button -> Off Rental Transactions

This window displays existing Off Rent transactions for a product with the Off Rent#, Dates and Times of the off rent period, total hours off-rent, and the reason and reason description.

Click the EXP/CON button to access the off rent comments.
Off Rent comments can be viewed, but additional comments cannot be added.

Off Rental Transactions only apply if the Enhanced Off Rentals feature has been activated from the Support Application Parameters, that tracks the off rent reasons and allows for a percent billing for the down time.
