Purge Old Off Rentals

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Automatic Job Scheduling -> Function RSFR90A -> runs Purge Old Off Rentals

This program deletes old Off Rentals for any Contracts that have been moved to history.
There is no cut-off date control.
Off Rentals for contracts still current will NOT be deleted.

No report is printed but the number of deleted off rentals is displayed on the screen when the task is completed.
When off rental transactions are deleted using this utility, an audit record is written to the Delete Log for the Function RSFR90A.

This process can be set to run regularly automatically using Automatic Job Scheduling for the job RSFR90A.

Note: Be advised that once executed, this operation cannot be undone.
Hence, prior to running this request, verify in the play environment that the results obtained from running this operation are as expected.
