Update Depreciation Class on Group

This utility can be used to change the default Depreciation Class at the Group level, for a single Group or for a range of Groups.
A report is printed listing the Groups, with the old Depreciation Classes, and the new proposed Depreciation Classes.
If the report is accepted, then the change to the Depreciation Class takes effect and becomes the new default in each Group.
