Exchange Group #

This global update program changes the Group assigned to all products from one group to a new group in one step.
The prompts are:

OLD GROUP

Enter the old Group number to be exchanged, or select it from the Group Search window.

NEW GROUP

Enter the new Group number to be assigned to all products previously in the Old Group or select it from the window.

Note: This New Group must be consistent with the group for this Product Class as defined in Groups.

Finished?

Click ACCEPT to proceed or CANCEL to abort

When accepted, because all product booking requirements are also updated to reflect the new group, and a a record is written to the Audit Log to track the change in Group.
This could take a few minutes.
