Order Entry Menu -> Order Entry -> Address window -> Document Instructions

These instructions do not print on the document.

The window to the optional 2 lines of Instructions can be accessed on the first Address line of the document header.
A flag can be set in the Divisional Contract Parameters to control whether the Instructions window also opens on the document automatically in Add mode after the header information is completed.
