Inventory Bin Location Report

This report lists rental inventory and/or sales items by Bin number.
It can be sorted and printed by Product Class, Group, or Bin number, for all sales or rental items in the selection range.
The option to export to an Excel spreadsheet is provided.

The output prints the Product Class or Group depending on the selection filters, the product #, description, bin#/location, Owning division, On Hand Quantity, Vendor Product# and Vendor Product Description.

The prompts are:

PRODUCT CLASS, "ALL" OR "SEL"

• Type ALL to include all classes in the report.
• To generate the report for a single Product Class, enter the class or select it from the Product Class Search window.
• Type SEL to select a range of Product Classes to include in the report as outlined in Selected Product Class List.

PRODUCT GROUP, "ALL", OR "SEL"

• Type ALL to include all groups in the report.
• To generate the report for a single Product Group, enter the group or select it from the Group Search window.
• Type SEL to select a range of Product Groups to include in the report, as outlined in Selected Groups List.

LOCATION, "ALL" OR "SEL"

• Type ALL to print the report for all locations.
• To print the report for a single location, enter the location code, or select it from the Location Search window.
• Type SEL to include multiple divisions or select divisions by inventory region, as outlined in Division Select By Region.

FROM BIN #

Leave this field blank to include all Bin numbers in the report selection, or enter a starting bin number for the reporting range.

TO BIN #

Leave this field blank to include all Bin numbers in the report selection, or enter an ending bin number for the reporting range.

SORT BY LOCATION

Check this box to use location as the primary sort.
Uncheck this box if the report should not be sorted by location.

SORT BY CLASS, GROUP, BIN

Select one of the following options:

• Click Class to sort the inventory records on the report by Product Class.
• Click Group to sort the inventory records on the report by Group.
• Click Bin to sort the inventory records on the report by Bin number.

INCLUDE ZERO QUANTITY ITEMS

Check this box to include products with zero quantities in stock.
Uncheck this box to skip zero quantity items. (Negative quantity items will still be included.)

INCLUDE NON-INVENTORY ITEMS

Check this box to include all items regardless of inventory flag.
Uncheck this box to skip items flagged in the product file as Not actual inventory.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
