Owning Location Discrepancy Report

This report identifies any Non-Bulk Rental inventory items that are physically at the selected location, but are not owned by that location as defined for each rental product on the Fixed Asset Tag.

The prompts to generate the report are:

LOCATION

Leave this field blank to accept the default location, or select the preferred location from the drop-down list.
The report output checks for equipment currently at this physical location, when it does not match the owning location.

FROM PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank to include all classes, or select a beginning class from the Product Class Search window.

TO PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank to include all classes, or select an ending class from the window.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.

Note: This report applies only to Non-Bulk Rental Inventory.

The Verify Tag Qty = Loc Qty utility can be run to identify rental products where the quantity On Hand does not match the quantity on the Asset Tag Detail.
