Location and Event Information

This window is only triggered if the event management processing has been activated by the Prompt For Event Code flag in the Company Rate Parameters and can be used to filter the output by Event.
Some of the reports that provide this filter option include the Customer Revenue Report, Reservations Report, Contract Report, and Business Report.
If event management is not relevant for this transaction, click OK to close the window without changing the selection for Site, Location, or Event.

If the report or program is based on event management, use the following options to filter the output:

JOB SITE, "ALL" OR "SEL"

Select one of the following:

• Type ALL to include postings for all job Sites.
• Enter a specific single Site code, or select one from the Site Search window.
• Type SEL and enter a selection of Site codes in the Selected Sites window that should be reflected in the inquiry or report.

JOB LOCATION, "ALL" OR "SEL"

Select one of the following:

• Type ALL to include postings for all job Locations.
• Enter a specific Location, or select one from the Job Location Search window.
• Type SEL and enter a selection of Locations in the Selected Job Locations window that should be reflected in the inquiry or report.

JOB EVENT, "ALL" OR "SEL"

Select one of the following:

• Type ALL to include postings for all job Events.
• Enter a specific Event code, or select one from the Job Event Search window.
• Type SEL and enter a selection of Event codes in the Selected Job Events window that should be reflected in the inquiry or report.

Click OK to accept the event management selection.
