Global Job Locations

Global Event Locations can be setup in the window in the "General Settings" on the Operations tab of the Configure System Settings.
An operator must be assigned a Security Role that allows permission to the Operations - Global Job Locations in order to access this table.

Then the Events can be entered as outlined in Global Job Events with dates and rate information and the Job Locations that apply.

Event management processing must be activated by the Prompt For Event Code flag in the Company Rate Parameters and the Enforce Event Code By Site must be disabled to allow Global Event jobs to be utilized.

The prompts to define the Global Job Locations for Events are:

LOCATION

Enter the location code for the event.
Multiple locations may be entered to be assigned to events in Global Job Events.

DESCRIPTION

Enter the description of the location.

INSTRUCTIONS

In the window enter any instructions related to this job location as outlined in Job Location Instructions.
