Kits Search

A kit refers to items which rent together.
Kits containing a number "supporting" sales or rental items can be assign to a primary product.

e.g. Coffee urn can be rented with a supporting kit that includes an extension cord, cups, and stir sticks.

To view all Kits leave the Description field blank and click SEARCH, or to narrow the search enter the first few character of the kit name as setup in Kits then click SEARCH.

Search Results:

The resulting list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading. Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To view the items in a Kit in the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the DETAILS button.
The Kit items list with product number or Group number, description, quantity, chargeable flag, discount percent given, the auto-add flag, the print on document flag and the show on Website flag as defined in the Product Kits.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.

Note: If the Kit Search is used to find products for transfer using Internal Branch Transfer, choose from the resulting list of kit items as outlined in Select Kit Products.
