Equipment Financial Utilization Report

Financial Utilization % equals the Rental Revenue divided by the Monthly (or 28 Day) Rate.
The higher the percentage, the greater the demand for that rental product by your customers.
A percent discount of the monthly revenue can also be allowed in the calculations.

This report always reflects the data from complete months as the data source used is Monthly History (RSMH).

Note: Bulk Equipment and Sales Items are not included in the report.

The prompts are:

FROM PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank for all classes, or to narrow the range type in the beginning product class, or select it from the Product Class Search window

TO PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank for all classes, or type in the ending product class, or select it from the window.

FROM PRODUCT#

Leave this field blank for all products, or type in the product number, or select it from the Product Search window

TO PRODUCT#

Leave this field blank for all products, or type in the product number, or select it from the window.

USE SUMMARIZED TOTALS

Uncheck this box if the financial data has not been summarized in Summarize for Inventory Reports by Period, then enter the desired date range as prompted.

Check this box if the financial data has already been summarized in Summarize for Inventory Reports by Period.
The report dates will then display the summarized date range and these dates cannot be changed unless the data is re-summarized.

FROM DATE

Enter the starting date for the report.
If summarized data is to be used the summarized start date is displayed and cannot be changed unless the data is re-summarized.

TO DATE

Enter the ending date for the report.
If summarized data is to be used the summarized end date is displayed and cannot be changed unless the data is re-summarized.

ALL DIVISIONS

Check this box to print for all locations.

Uncheck this box to select a specific division and to have the report to print one division separately at a time.

DIVISION

Enter the specific division or select it from the Division Search window.

MONTHLY RATE CODE

Enter the Monthly Rate Code.

MONTHLY RATE DISCOUNT %

Enter the percent that was discounted, to be used in the utilization percent calculation.
