Return on Investment By Owning Division

This report indicates the profitability of the equipment, similar to Return On Investment, but is generated by the Owning division of the products, as identified on the Fixed Asset Tags.

The prompts are:

OWNING DIV, "ALL", OR "SEL"

• Type ALL to accept all divisions in the one report.
• To print the report for a single division, enter space for the Head Office Division, or enter a specific division code, or select one from the drop-down list.
• Type SEL to select a range of divisions or to select divisions by inventory region as outlined in Division Select By Region.

BULK, NON-BULK, OR ALL

Select one of the following options:

• Select Bulk to include only Bulk rental equipment in the report.
• Select Non-Bulk to include only Non-Bulk equipment in the report.
• Select All to include both rental equipment in the selected range, in the report.

FROM PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank to include all classes, or type in the beginning product class, or select one from the Product Class Search window.

TO PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank to include all classes, or type in the ending product class, or select one from the window.

FROM PRODUCT GROUP

Leave this field blank to include all groups, or type in the beginning product class, or select one from the Group Search window.

TO PRODUCT GROUP

Leave this field blank to include all groups, or type in the ending product class, or select one from the window.

FROM PRODUCT

Leave this field blank to include all products, or type in the product number, or select one from the Inventory Search window.

TO PRODUCT#

Leave this field blank to include all products, or type in the product number, or select one from the window.

FROM DATE

Enter the starting date for the report.
If summarized data is to be used the summarized start date is displayed. This date cannot be changed unless the data is re-summarized.

TO DATE

Enter the ending date for the report.
If summarized data is to be used the summarized end date is displayed. This date cannot be changed unless the data is re-summarized.

PRINT DIVISION DETAIL

Check this box to print the detailed information by the separate divisions.
Uncheck this box to print the revenue and R.O.I. totals, without division detail.

PRINT PRODUCT DETAIL

Uncheck this box to print class totals.
Check this box to print financial information for each product in the range.

PRINT DATE DETAIL

Check this box to print date detail for each product.
Uncheck this box to print totals and no date detail.

Finished?

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
