Summarize for Inventory Reports by Period

Certain inventory reports can each be printed for a selected calendar date range or alternatively the financial inventory information can be summarized and then printed for a reporting period of a set number of days, within the selected date range.
This second option is useful for firms that base their accounting year on 13 equal periods and need to see the financial information for 28 day periods rather than the standard calendar months.

The prompts are:

SUMMARY START DATE

Enter the starting date for the report.

SUMMARY END DATE

Enter the ending date for the report.

NUMBER OF DAYS IN A PERIOD

Enter the number of days for each reporting period within the date range.
e.g. 28 days for thirteen equal periods in a year.
