Product Inventory Labels

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

These labels are useful when taking a physical inventory count. They can be affixed to a tag that is taped or tied to the inventory, as it is counted. This program prompts the same as Product Price Labels . Zero On Hand Products can be included or excluded.

Note: Labels can be printed using Laser printing only from an MFC Windows Client.<<br> To print labels from a Web Session or from an Open Client session, generate the Product list to Excel and use that software to print labels.

The label prints the following information:

Line 1:         Product #
Line 2:         Description
Line 3:         Product serial number from the Fixed Asset Tag
Line 4:         QUANTITY: __________   100.00 (total qty on hand)
Line 5:         LOCATION: __________

Your staff fills in the quantity and the location as the inventory is counted, then all inventory tags (with the labels attached) are collected. Each tag is then used to update the product file with the correct quantities.
