Product Inventory Labels- Rental Only

These inventory labels print by Fixed Asset Tag for rental equipment only, for a selected owning division.
A continuous single tractor feed 3 1/2" by 15/16" label is printed for each tag of the products selected.
The label includes the product #, description, serial #, owning division, tag qty, tag#, Product Class, and bulk status.

Note: Labels can be printed using Laser printing only from a Windows Client.
To print labels from a Web Session or from an Open Client session, generate the Product list to Excel and use that software to print labels.

The prompts are:

STARTING CLASS

Press <ENTER> for all rental classes or enter a starting Product Class, or press <F4> and select one from the window.

ENDING CLASS

Press <ENTER> for all rental classes or enter an ending Product Class, or press <F4> and select one from the window.

SORT BY CLASS Y/N

Type Y (YES) to print the labels in product number order within Product Class.
Type N (NO) to print the labels in product number order only.

OWNING DIVISION

Press <ENTER> to accept the Operator assigned division, or press <F4> and select a preferred division from the window.

STARTING PRODUCT #

Type in the starting product number, or press <F4> and look it up in the window.

ENDING PRODUCT #

Type in the ending product number, or press <F4> and look it up in the window.

PRINT ZERO ONHAND PRODUCTS

Press <ENTER> or N (NO) to only print labels for products with quantities on hand.
Type Y (YES) to include rental products with zero quantity.

ACCEPT or CANCEL

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.

PRINT TEST

Type Y (YES) to do a print alignment test. This prints XXXX's where the product information will go, to aid in lining up the printer.
Type N (NO) when ready to do the label print run.
