Product Price Labels - Equip Specifications

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This option prints labels with the Equipment Specifications as recorded in the Rental Inventory.
Using large letters, it prints the product number. The first 4 lines of equipment specifications print in reduced size print and the list price from the product file prints in large print.

Note: Labels can be printed using Laser printing only from an MFC Windows Client.
To print labels from a Web Session or from an Open Client session, generate the Product list to Excel and use that software to print labels.

The prompts are:

FROM CLASS

Type in a starting Product Class, or press <ENTER> for all classes, or press <F4> to look up the starting Class in the window.

TO CLASS

Type in the ending Product Class, or press <ENTER> for all classes.

FROM PRODUCT #

Type in the starting product number, or press <ENTER> for all products in the class selection, or press <F4> to look up the starting product in the window.

TO PRODUCT #

Type in the ending product number, or press <ENTER> for all products in the class selection, or press <F4> to look up the ending product in the window.

NUMBER OF LABELS TO PRINT

Press <ENTER> for 1 label per product, or type in the desired number of labels per product.

WIDTH OF LABEL

Enter the width of the label in printed characters. (e.g. 70 characters wide allows for the full Equipment Specifications)

ACCEPT or CANCEL

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.

PRINT TEST

Type Y (YES) to do a print alignment test. This prints XXXX's where the product information will go, so that the label can be lined up in the printer.

Type N (NO) when ready to do the label print run.
