Product# / Serial# Cross Reference List

This utility can also be added to an Additional Options menu for direct access from the menu tree.

A rental product list with serial numbers as recorded in the Fixed Asset Tag, can be generated as follows:

PRINT TYPE
Select one of the following report selection options:

• Select Screen Info to output the list of products displayed on the Rental Products By Serial # screen, with the serial numbers, product numbers, product description, acquisition date and the status on the Fixed Asset Tag.
  The spreadsheet option also prints the Fixed Asset Tag number and the product location.

• Select Use Filters to generate a list of product using the following filters:

  STARTING PRODUCT #

  Leave this field blank to include all rental products, or enter a starting product number, or select one from the Inventory Search window.

  ENDING PRODUCT #

  Leave this field blank to include all rental products, or enter an ending product number, or select one from the window.

  SORT ORDER

  Select one of the following sort order options:

  • Select Product # to list the rental products in product number order.
  • Select Serial # to list rental products by serial number.

  Note: The Engine Serial number from the Re-order information window, prints on the report when there is no Asset Tag serial number recorded for the rental inventory.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.

Note: These reports apply only to rental equipment and do not include any sales items.
