Update Product Descriptions
This is a maintenance utility that can be added to an "Additional Options menu as it is not on a
standard menu.
This program provides easy access to product descriptions. The
products appear in Product number order.

- PRODUCT CLASS
- Leave this field blank to list all products, or to select by
Group or by Product#, or enter a Product Class, or
select one from the Product Class Search
window.
PRODUCT GROUP- Leave this field blank to list all products, or to select by
Product#, or enter a Group, or select one from the Group Search window.
START PRODUCT#- Leave this field blank to list all products, or enter a
starting product, or select one from the Inventory Search window.
Product Details:

- The product numbers will appear in Product # order.
DESCRIPTION- The product description displays.
This description can be modified as required.
- ALTERNATE DESCRIPTIONS
- A window is provided on the Description field to access
the Alternate Descriptions.
These descriptions can be modified as required.
CLASS- The Product Class to which this product belongs will
display.
This is for information only.
DESCRIPTION- This is the Product Class Description.
This is for information only as some firms want the items in that
class to be described similarly to the Product Class.
ALTERNATE LANGUAGE- This is the alternate language descriptions for the
product.
This description can be modified as required.
