Fix Products Without R or S

This utility checks the product files, and lists any Rental Equipment or Sales Part that does not have a flag identifying the product as 'S' (SALES) or 'R' (RENTAL).
Any such product numbers are listed on the screen, and the appropriate R or S flag can be entered.
