Rate Book Report by Description within Class

Instead of this option, the Rate Book option can be used to generate the standard rate book.
This Rate Books is less developed but prints by Description, within the Product Class.
The rates to print are determined by the first 6 rates flagged to print in the Rate Book in the window on View Product Class Rates in Rental Product Classes.

The prompts are:

FROM PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank to include all Product Classes or select a starting class from the Product Class Search window, for the range to be printed.

TO PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank to include all Product Classes or select an ending class from the window, for the range to be printed.

NEW PAGE PER CLASS

This option does not apply to the Group Rate Book.

Check this box to print each Product Class on a new page.
Uncheck this box to suppress paging by Product Class.

ALTERNATE LANGUAGE

Uncheck this box to print the Rate Book in English.

Check this box to print the product descriptions in the Alternate language in the Rate Book.
Alternate language rate descriptions are used, as stored for each class in the expanded rate records in the Product Class Rates window of Rental Product Classes.

INCLUDE TAX

A default tax displays if a tax has been defined in the Company Taxing Parameters. If no default tax code has been setup then the default is NTX and NO tax is included in the rates.

The default tax code may be accepted or over-typed.
The specified tax will be included in the rental rates printed on the rate book.

Finished?

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
