Rate Book Report by Group
This is a maintenance utility that can be added to an Additional Options menu as it is not on a
standard menu.
Instead of this option, the Rate Book
option can be used to generate the standard rate book.
This Rate Books is less developed but prints just Group Rates, as
setup in the Group Rates window in Product
Groups.
The rates to print are determined by the first 6 rates flagged to
print in the RATE BOOK in Company Default
Rates.
The prompts are:

- FROM PRODUCT GROUP
- Leave this field blank to include all groups or select a
starting group from the Group Search, for
the range to be printed.
TO PRODUCT GROUP- Leave this field blank to include all groups or select an
ending group from the window, for the range to be printed.
ALTERNATE LANGUAGE- Uncheck this box to print the Rate Book in English.
Check this box to print the product descriptions in the
Alternate language in the Rate Book.
Alternate language rate descriptions are used, as stored in the
expanded rate records in Company Default
Rates.
INCLUDE PRODUCTS WITH RATES- Uncheck this box to only print the rates for the Groups in the
range selection.
Check this box to print the rates for the Groups, and also to print
rates for any products in those Groups that have their own specific
rates.
Finished?- A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer
option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL
to abort.
