Update Tag Depreciation Class by Group

This utility can be used to update the Depreciation Class or the Alternate Depreciation Class on all the Asset Tags for all rental products in the selected Groups.
Select either the primary 'Depreciation Class' on the Asset Tag Detail to be updated, or select to update the 'Alternate Depreciation Class' stored in the Alternate Book Value window on the tags.

The option is provided to update each product tag using the Default Depreciation Class as defined on each Group, or to update the product tags with the New Depreciation Class selected in this update utility.
Depreciation Classes are setup in the Depreciation Classes table.

Resulting Product List:
A list of the 'Depreciation Class' values to be changed is generated by product number with the Tag#, Product Description, Old Depreciation Class and Class Description, and the New Depreciation Class.
The New Depreciation Class can be modified in this list for specific products and records can be deleted from the list for any products that should not be updated.

Note: Disposed Tags are also considered in this update.
