SCS - Rental Journal Out Of Balance

The Rental Journal shows the cash invoices, rental equipment disposals and repair costs.
If the debits on the report do not equal the credits, the Rental Journal is out of balance and will not post to the General Ledger.
If this happens, a warning will appear on the screen and the problem must be corrected before proceeding.

This utility will check the RSRJ Rental Journal Transactions, and display the transactions that are out of balance.
Once the transaction that is out of balance has been identified, a correction must be made in Rental Journal Transactions prior to re-running Daily Close 3.

Leave this field blank to scan all unposted transactions for the out of balance entry, or type in the starting transaction number.
The transaction numbers print on the Rental Journal report from Daily Close 1.
