Print Regional Rental Rate Matrix

The Rental Rate Matrix as setup in Regional Rental Rate Matrix, including Rate Type and corresponding Rate Level, can be printed by Division.
This report option can be accessed from Regional Rental Rate Matrix by clicking the REPORT button.

The prompts are:

DIVISION, "ALL" OR "SEL"

• Type ALL to include all divisions in the report.
• To print the report for a single division, leave this field blank for the Head Office Division, or enter a specific division code, or select a division from the drop-down list.
• Type SEL to select several specific divisions or divisions by accounting region to include in the report, as outlined in Division Select By Region.

FROM RENTAL RATE TYPE

Leave this field blank to report on all Types, or enter the starting rate Type for the report, as setup in Regional Rental Rate Types, or select it from the drop-down list.

TO RENTAL RATE TYPE

Leave this field blank to report on all Types, or enter the ending rate Type for the report, or select it from the drop-down list.

NEW PAGE PER DIVISION

Uncheck this box to print all divisions on one page.
Check this box to print each division on a separate page.

Finished?

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
