Print Rental Return Worksheet

This print utility can also be added to an Additional Options menu.

A Rental Return Worksheet can be printed to help prepare product return information for closing and billing, the Contract.
It can be printed on plain paper or on contract paper, with the customer Billing and Shipping information.
It lists the products on the contract, with the quantity out, and leaves space to enter the Returned, Sold, or Missing quantities.
The prompts are:

CONTRACT #

Enter the Contract # or look it up in the Contract Search window.

PAPER TYPE

Select one of the following format options:

• Select Plain to print the worksheet on plain paper.
  
• Select Contract to print the worksheet in Contract format standard or forms control.

Finished?

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing, or CANCEL to abort.
