Search Results:
Eligible services for this division as setup in Services Codes are listed with the Type designation.
The Services Codes define where the charge is expensed in the General Ledger.

Note: A service code can still be entered manually even if it does not appear in this search window, if the Division Checking flag in Services Codes is not set for that service.

If the services window is triggered to select a labor rate and the employee has specific rates setup in Time Charge Operators, the labor rates for that employee are displayed in place of the standard rates.

If the services window is triggered to select a service for billing in the Fuel Type table, only Services Codes that are type D for Delivery/Pickup or type A for All and that are not flagged to "Bill Each Cycle Billing" are listed for selection.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
