Special Rates Report

Use this option to print out the Special Rates for any Special Rate Level.

Note: The Rate Levels that are included on the report respect the Division Special Rates security defined for the operator in the Security Role Permissions.

The prompts are:

ALL RATE LEVELS

This field is only enabled if the operator has role permission to update all Special Rates.

Check this box to include all rate levels in the output.

Uncheck this box to generate the report for a single rate level.

RATE LEVEL

Enter a single rate level or select the Special Rate level from the Special Rates Search window.

If the operator has permission to update only Special Rates for his Division, the Special Rate Code as set in Division Parameters is displayed and cannot be changed.

FROM PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank for all classes with this Special Rate Level, or enter the starting Product Class, or select a starting class from the window.
Products and Groups with special rates for this level that are assigned to classes in this selected range will be included on the Rate report.

TO PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank for all classes with this Special Rate Level, or enter the ending Product Class, or select an ending class from the window.

FROM PRODUCT GROUP

Leave this field blank for all Groups with this Special Rate Level, or enter a starting Group, or select a starting Group from the window.
Products and Groups in this selected range with special rates for this level will be included on the Rate report.

TO PRODUCT GROUP

Leave this field blank for all Groups or enter the ending Group, or select an ending Group from the window.

FROM PRODUCT NUMBER

Leave this field blank for all products with this Special Rate Level or enter the starting product # or select a starting product # from the window.
Products in this selected range with special rates for this level will be included on the Rate report.

TO PRODUCT NUMBER

Leave this field blank for all products or enter the ending product # for the range or select an ending product # from the window.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.

Select one of the following reporting options as outlined in Report Options:

• Select Print to generate the output according to the reporting selection currently defined for this session in the Printer Selection window, accessible from the Printer -> Set Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

• Select Excel to export the output to an Excel spreadsheet.

  The ability to email the spreadsheet or display it on the screen is controlled by the Prompt to Email Spreadsheets flag set in Company Miscellaneous Parameters.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
