Division Revenue Report

This report prints revenue totals for the selected divisions.
The summarized totals printed for a specified time range, include number of sales, sale dollars, costs, margin %, number of rentals and rental dollars.

The detailed report provides a Product Class breakdown of the totals, within division.
The number of rentals is based on how many times the item was on a contract, as opposed to how many times it was invoiced.

The prompts are:

FROM CLASS

Enter the starting Product Class for the range, or select it from the Product Class Search window.

TO CLASS

Enter the ending Product Class for the range, or select it from the window.

PRODUCTS TO INCLUDE

Select one of the following product options:

• Select Rentals to include rentals and sales of Rental equipment only in the report.
• Select Sales to include only Sales parts in the report.
• Select Both to include revenue from rental equipment and sales parts in the report.

FROM DATE

Accept the first day of the current month, or enter the preferred starting date for the report.

TO DATE

Accept the last day of the current month, or enter the preferred ending date for the report.

DIVISION, "ALL" OR "SEL"

• Type ALL to include all divisions in the report.
• To print the report for a single division, leave this field blank for the Head Office Division, or enter a specific division code, or select a division from the drop-down list.
• Type SEL to select several specific divisions or divisions by accounting region to include in the report, as outlined in Division Select By Region.

Note: Though the division selection in the drop-down list displays only divisions according to the Divisional Restricted Views assigned to the operator, the report is not limited by Divisional Restricted Views, and another division can be entered.

REPORT TYPE

Select one of the following reporting options:

• Click Summary to print only the summarized report totals the date period by division, with the number of sales, sale dollars, costs, margin %, number of rentals and rental dollars.

• Click Detail to generate the detailed report by Product Class and division, as well as the summary.
  The number of rentals is based on how many times the item was on a contract, as opposed to how many times it was invoiced.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click ACCEPT to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
