Excluded Locations

Reports Menu -> Utilization -> Rental Utilization Reporting Menu -> Rental Utilization Report by Status Code -> SETUP button -> Rental Utilization Report Setup -> Locations Excluded window -> Maintain Excluded Locations ->

This Locations list screen can be used to view and maintain the list of locations that should not be reflected in the Rental Utilization Report by Status Code.

When the screen is accessed from the Rental Utilization Report by Status Code, it is a display only window for reference and the information cannot be changed.
When the screen is accessed from the Rental Utilization Report Setup utility, the Add, Change, Delete buttons are enabled so the location list can be maintained.
