Critical Utilization Report Parameters

The parameters setup here are used when generating the Critical Utilization Report.

The parameters are:

CUT-OFF PERCENTAGE ON RENT

Enter a cutoff On Rent percent.
The On Rent percent is the percentage of equipment out on rent out of the equipment On Hand for the company. Items with an On Rent percent below the cutoff are NOT included in the report.

GROUPS TO IGNORE

Window to identify Groups that should NOT be included in the utilization totals, as follows:

RE-SELECT GROUPS

Uncheck this box to view the existing Group selection, and press ENTER.

Check this box to refresh the Ignore flags.

• All Rental Groups will be flagged NOT to Ignore.
• Sales Groups will be flagged to Ignore.

Resulting Group List

GROUP

The Groups list.

DESCRIPTION

The group descriptions are displayed.

IGNORE

Check any groups that should NOT be included in the utilization totals of Critical Utilization Report to be ignored.
Sales Groups are automatically flagged to be Ignored.
Groups NOT checked flagged will be included in the utilization calculation.

INVENTORY YARD LOCATION

Enter the location code for the storage location or yard, or select one from the drop-down list.
