Excluded Status Codes

Reports Menu -> Utilization -> Rental Utilization Reporting Menu -> Rental Utilization Report by Status Code -> SETUP button -> Rental Utilization Report Setup -> Status Codes Excluded window -> Maintain Excluded Status Codes ->

This screen can be used to view and maintain the list of Status Codes that should not be reflected in the Rental Utilization Report by Status Code.

When the screen is accessed from the Rental Utilization Report by Status Code, it is a display only window for reference and the information cannot be changed.

When the screen is accessed from the Rental Utilization Report Setup utility, the Add, Change, Delete buttons are enabled so the Status Codes list can be maintained.
A Product Status Code Search window is provided to select from the user defined Product Status Codes or from the system Reserved Status Codes, that should not be included in the utilization analysis report.
