When a saved worksheet is accessed in Counter Worksheet the 'In Use' flag is set.
If an operator aborts out or exits incorrectly, this utility can be
used to clear the 'In Use' flag.
The details will be saved even if the worksheet flag is reset and the totals will be recalculated.
